Alan Mullem / Partner

Alan was admitted as a solicitor in 1981. He trained with this firm and continued after qualifying. He became a partner of the firm in January. 1984.

He is a highly experienced lawyer. In particular, he has been instrumental in establishing several important changes in housing law relating to emergency temporary and permanent rehousing. He makes applications to local councils for our clients to obtain rehousing, and appeals to the County Court if it is refused incorrectly.
